An Effective Marketing Strategy
For your business to thrive you need to clarify an effective strategy for converting customers into your ecosystem of services. This can often be achieved by introducing a range of different products at different price points that allows a potential customer to experience your service at a low price point.

Conversion Rates are the percentage of prospective customers who take a specific action you want. For example: visiting your website, sales, inquiries etc. There are numerous ways to increase conversion rates. Below are several ways to improve your rates that in this course are broken down into two main categories:

  • Overcoming psychological obstacles to purchase: The goal here is through accurate profiling of your target customers being able to predict their obstacles to buying and presenting convincing narratives and stories to break these limiting beliefs.

  • Telling your story and introducing your value proposition: This follows to narratives - one of the heroes journey of how your business rose from the ashes to be able to deliver your unique value proposition in service of others and the second presenting that proposition in clear and compelling terms.

A number of techniques can be brought in support of these strategies, including:
  • Social Proof: adding social proof, via customer testimonials and/or case studies, to your website virtually always increases conversions.
  • Clear Contact Information: clearly showing contact information such as email and phone.
  • Credibility: Having “trust” seals from well established industry standards.
  • Guarantees: offering a guarantee gives customers more confidence in your offering and thus generally increases conversion rates.
  • Headlines: the headlines on your website pages are typically the first thing visitors read, and often compels them to read more or exit your site.
